Cancellation Policy


Purpose

This policy ensures fairness and respect for both the coach's time and the client's commitment to the coaching process. Sessions are reserved specifically for each client, and late cancellations or missed appointments prevent others from booking that time and may have other impacts to the coach’s schedule.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

  • Cancellations must be made by email, text, or through Calendly.

  • Sessions canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time will be considered late cancellations.

Late Cancellations

If a session is canceled within 1 hours of the appointment:

  • A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged. 

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies, at the coach's discretion.

No-Shows

A "no-show" occurs when a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice. Clients will be contacted both 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If the client has not responded within 15 minutes of the original meeting time, it will be considered a no-show. 

  • No-shows are charged $15.

  • No-shows may be rescheduled at the coaches discretion. 

  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of the coaching agreement. 

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies, at the coach's discretion.

Coach Cancellations

If the coach must cancel or reschedule, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available session or refunded. Clients will never be penalized for a cancellation initiated by the coach.

Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Clients who experience a medical or family emergency may contact the coach as soon as possible to discuss an exception.

Acknowledgment

By scheduling a session, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
